It's autumn, it's official. The most demanding season of the year is here and the good news is that with it come super yummy dishes that give us the warmth we need. Did you think about pancakes? Bingo! Your only problem will be deciding which one to start with. What to do?

Let's get started! And this is important: remember that when it comes to our artisanal pancakes, made with top ingredients and inspired by Balinese cuisine, there is no wrong answer.

1.- The Snow Queen 4.0: cold, but very stylish

• This is your personality: Leadership comes naturally to you, not because you like giving orders, but because you hate being just another one of the crowd. You have a lot of style and you're not afraid to be yourself. Many people think you have a heart of ice, but really you have a heart of strawberry slush.
• This is your hotcake: Obviously it's our Red Vegan, with lots of body, personality, flavour and elegance. They are bathed in red fruit compote, vegetable cream, roasted banana, strawberries, blueberries and homemade granola. If you like things over the top (we know you do), you can add peanut butter, Nutella or maple syrup. It's a match!
• This is how you can accompany it: The perfect pairing for our Red Vegan pancake is one of our cappuccinos, perhaps with soy milk. Remember that our specialty coffee, just like you, is not just any ordinary coffee. It is unique!

2.- Naughty Snow White: the best version of Snow White

• This is your personality: Never boring, always hot, even in the coldest months. The word that defines you is mischief. You like to be irreverent and sexy, and you will never apologize for it. What you love most is that when the heat is on, you can take off your coat and be you.
• This is your hotcake: The perfect match for our Salty pancakes. They feature scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, sour cream and homemade granola, topped with hollandaise sauce and maple syrup. Irresistible!
• This is how you can accompany it: A warm and spicy option that goes perfectly with you is our chai tea. You will love this combination!

3.- Jack Frost in drag: the life of the party

• This is your personality: Are you always on the fun side and partying is where you are? Then this is your stop. Laughing and making people laugh is your comfort zone. Your personality is colorful, just like your closet all year round, especially in winter, when you refuse to give in to the grey. You are all about having a great time! Your credo? Not wasting time on things that don't make you happy.
• This is your hotcake: Congratulations! Your pancake is the sweetest of all, the Choco. As the name suggests, it has chocolate sauce, and on top of that, salted caramel ice cream, strawberries, blueberries, banana, sour cream and homemade granola. Oh my God!
• This is how you can accompany it: What do you think about a vanilla milkshake with almond milk? Everything much? Of course! So perfect.

• Sexy Spanish Omelette: Sexy in autumn? Of course! Especially if you're Naughty Snow White. That's why our Sexy Spanish Omelette goes well with you, a three-egg free-range omelette filled with mozzarella and covered with 100% DO Iberian ham shavings. We serve it with a salad and sourdough toast.
• Iberian Superstar: If you're Jack Frost in drag, you're a superstar. That's why we suggest you try these sourdough toasts, one with 100% D.0. Iberian ham shavings and another with fresh tomato pulp and grilled halloumi cheese. Serve with a salad.
